Burglaries in Longlevens over the Weekend

There were 7 house burglaries in the Longlevens area of Gloucester over the weekend. Properties in Gambier Parry Gardens, Estcourt Close, Park Avenue, Colebridge Avenue and Waverley Road were targeted and the main means of entry was forcing rear doors or windows although one property was left insecure overnight. Longlevens has also been suffering from a recent increase in car crime and shed breaks have been occurring nearby in the Kingsholm area. The police currently have no leads on the offenders so what has happened in Longlevens this weekend could move elsewhere in the near future. Please get a message to your members to review their security and to remind them that it is even more important that any suspicious persons or activity is reported to the police immediately.
